Terms and Conditions for TimeRely by AppRely

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TimeRely (the "App"), provided by AppRely Technologies LLP ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

Timesheet is a seamlessly integrated application within the monday.com platform, providing users with the tools to effectively monitor and oversee the distribution of their time across multiple projects

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.

3. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://apprely.com/privacyPolicy/. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by AppRely Technologies LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

5. Integration with monday.com

You acknowledge that the App integrates with monday.com, and your use of monday.com is subject to monday.com's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any actions, changes, or disruptions to your monday.com account.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Changes to Terms and App

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We may also change, update, or discontinue the App at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within India.
